I started this website last year -2009 – when I retired from my job of 22 years. I always planned on retiring early, but in the back of my mind, I thought my retirement age would be 57. I chose 57 because I was born in 1957 and it sounded cool to retire at 57 and be born in 57. It was not to be. I retired at age 52.
